Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Specialist – Time Keeping to manage and maintain accurate employee attendance and timekeeping records. The role will be responsible for monitoring attendance, handling absences, lateness, overtime, shifts, and leave records, while ensuring accurate and timely data for payroll processing. The position will also provide HR administrative support and ensure that employee timekeeping data is accurately maintained on the company’s ERP/HR system . Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain daily employee attendance and timekeeping records.

Review and verify attendance data, including late arrivals, early departures, absences, overtime, and missing punches .

Follow up with employees and departments regarding attendance discrepancies and missing attendance records.

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.

Manage and update employee shifts, work schedules, and attendance patterns .

Track and record employee vacations, leaves, permissions, and other attendance-related transactions.

Ensure that approved overtime and attendance adjustments are properly recorded and documented.

Coordinate with department supervisors and managers to resolve attendance and timekeeping issues.

Prepare accurate monthly attendance data and reports to support the Payroll process .

Ensure that all attendance and employee records are updated accurately and on time.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of attendance-related records.

Enter and update employee information and timekeeping transactions on the ERP/HR system .

Support HR administration activities and other personnel-related tasks when required.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field .

1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in Time Keeping, Personnel, or Payroll support.

Good knowledge of attendance and timekeeping processes .

Basic understanding of Payroll and Personnel Management .

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office , especially Excel.

Familiarity with ERP/HR systems and their use in attendance and HR processes.

Good understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Basic knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law is preferred.

Experience with ERP systems .

Previous experience supporting Payroll processing .

Knowledge of different work shifts and overtime calculations.

Familiarity with HRIS systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field .

1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in Time Keeping, Personnel, or Payroll support.
