Job Description:

Are you a foodie? Now is the time to add a sweet touch to your career! To support internal growth, we are opening the position of Marketing Manager (M/F)! Reporting to the General Management, you will contribute to the marketing strategy of our 'Douceurs' branch across three areas, primarily in mass retail: National Brand, Private Label (MDD), and Export.

Your mission: develop sales, profitability, and brand awareness, while building a relevant offering based on consumer and client expectations. And the portfolio is delicious: regional pastries, great classics, or innovations—we hear that your passion for food would be a strong asset. You will work in close collaboration with the Sales, R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Production, and Supply Chain teams. You will manage a Product Manager, who is never short of ideas to develop brand performance.

Marketing Strategy & Performance: Contribute to the strategy and build the annual marketing plan; Analyze markets, trends, consumers, competition, and panel data (Nielsen); Identify growth opportunities and define priorities for assortment, innovation, and positioning; Monitor range performance: turnover, volumes, margins, DN/DV, market share, profitability; Manage the marketing budget and the ROI of actions.

Product Marketing Mix Management (National Brand, MDD & Export): Define brand positioning and drive activation plans, launches, and range renovations, as well as promotions; Design packaging briefs, communication, and sales tools; Support sales teams during key client and retailer periods; Within the MDD scope, identify opportunities with retailers, contribute to tenders, and manage product developments; Within the Export scope, contribute to analyzing priority markets, adapting ranges and marketing tools, and supporting local launches; Organize and occasionally participate in international trade fairs and meetings (SIAL, Anuga, Foodex). What makes the difference is the partnership with R&D: You will test ideas, identify new concepts, and support innovations from the brief to the launch. You will therefore be able to define the product mix, target price, packaging, and Business Cases.

Profile Description:

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Business School, IAE, or Agro Engineering, you have at least 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in the agri-food / FMCG sector.

It is imperative that you have experience in brand management, product development, and mass retail. Knowledge of other specialized channels is a plus.

Pragmatic, structured, and enterprising, you are comfortable in an agile environment and know how to work effectively cross-functionally.

Speaking of Export, professional mastery of English is required, of course; The world deserves to know the true taste of France!
