In this context, we are looking for our future Packaging Purchasing Manager (M/F) to lead the purchasing strategy for this key area, which can rely on a unique packaging innovation hub. Your missions will be: Define and implement the packaging purchasing strategy in line with company objectives; Manage a team of buyers specialized by domain, integrating specific engineering skills; Negotiate optimal conditions (quality, price, lead times) with suppliers for forecasted volumes; Establish purchasing contracts by integrating all technical, economic, and legal guarantees; Analyze packaging markets and sectors to anticipate evolutions; Monitor performance indicators and drive improvement plans; Collaborate closely with R&D, quality, and industrial projects teams; Represent the Purchasing function to clients, suppliers, and Management; Participate in the implementation of methodologies and tools.

Profile Description:

A graduate with a Bac +5 (business school, engineering, or equivalent), you have significant experience (5 to 10 years) in purchasing, ideally in the industrial or agri-food sector. You are proficient in professional English.
