Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using CRM tools and basic sales reporting.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and partners, and conduct outreach through calls, meetings, and digital channels. This role involves qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms to close deals. The person in this position will also maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, monitor market trends, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to refine offerings and improve customer experience.
