Senior Building Operations Executive | Commercial Property

A leading real estate owner and developer is seeking a Senior Building Operations Executive to support the management and operations of a newly completed Grade A commercial asset in Singapore.

This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional who enjoys a hands on operational role and wants to be part of the mobilisation and ongoing management of a landmark commercial development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day to day operational management of a premium commercial property, ensuring high standards across all building services and tenant experience.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, sustainability, risk management, and operational policies.
• Manage and oversee outsourced service providers including security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management and pest control.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure all building systems and mechanical and electrical services are operating efficiently and effectively.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues, responding to occupier concerns and implementing service improvements.
• Support budgeting, business planning, asset reviews and operational reporting.
• Contribute to the development of operational procedures, team training programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation of smart building technologies and digital facility management solutions.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive operational excellence across the asset.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Property, Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience within commercial property operations, facilities management or building management.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems within commercial buildings.
• Previous experience managing contractors and service providers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Financial awareness with experience supporting operational budgets and expenditure control.
• A proactive mindset with an interest in technology and modern building management practices.
• Team leadership experience would be advantageous.
