Maintenance Specialist

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• Advanced knowledge in the operation and maintenance of specific equipment (Compresores, Bombas, CNC, cortadoras de laser, Prensas dobladoras, roladoras, machuelo, inserto, soldadura TIG, MIG.)
• Consistency in the maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of electrical installations.
• Knowledge of mechanical blueprint interpretation.
• Certification in basic PLC (Controladores Lógicos Programables) programming.
• Basic knowledge in the use of measurement tools.

Responsibilities:

• Execute preventive maintenance programs according to the established plan.
• Attend to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures in a timely manner.
• Diagnose the root cause of failures and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure that production personnel perform the cleanings established in the MTTO-PR-A-05 CHECKLIST DE LIMPIEZA format.

Schedule

Monday to Friday 7:00 to 15:00 Saturdays 7:00 to 14:00

Minimum education: Higher education

• Bachelor's degree
