As a Production Planner (m/f/d), you and your team are responsible for efficiently prioritizing the production areas. You ensure that customer devices are manufactured correctly and on time by providing structured control of production orders. In doing so, you mediate between various departments and always ensure the necessary material availability.
Your Tasks:
- Implementation of planned orders into production orders
- Timely and demand-oriented coordination of resources
- Monitoring of delivery quantities and deadlines
- Planning and pre-planning of missing and spare parts to ensure component supply based on technical demand forecasts
- Order intake and quotation preparation
- Prioritization and tracking of production orders
- Maintenance of article master data in the ERP system
- Maintaining various statistics
- Continuous coordination with Key Account Managers, Purchasing, QA, Production, and Logistics
- Recording and processing of customer orders (checking and accepting orders)
- Customer communication within the corporate group
Your Profile:
- Technical or commercial training
- Experience in the planning/disposition environment desirable (also gerne during completed training)
- IT affinity (experience with MS-Office and ERP systems, e.g., SAP or MS Dynamics)
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Independent, goal-oriented, and focused way of working
- Reliability and a hands-on mentality
- Good English skills (for cross-company communication)
