Sales Support Engineer

Objectives

• Conduct thorough consumer-needs research and clearly communicate how our solutions address those needs.
• Represent the company effectively by demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
• Manage client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and prompt responses to requests.

Responsibilities

• Eagerness to learn and mastery of our products and services is a must.
• Willing to travel for official duties, including out-of-town visits, to directly engage with customers. Deliver presentation & provide solutions about our product
• Conduct seminars and presentation about our product to gain new customers and retain existing customers
• Able to support Sales team to do POC (proof of concept) including preparing all the product needed.
• Able to support Marketing team to do seminar / training
• Monitoring and reporting activity which gaining popularity in the AV/ IT market. (product / service)

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Male, maximum 35 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology (preferred).
• At least one years of experience in audio sound systems or IT-related fields.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (preferred).
• Have knowledge networking & operation software Audio Visual ( exp : Shure Designer, Dante Controller, Shure Web Device, Q-Sys Designer )
• Proactive to give an ideas and recommendation regarding solutions and product development

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in IoT or AV networking.
• Proficiency in C, JS or Lua.
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills, with a willingness to learn.
• Shure Audio Institute P01-RF-002i.01-en, Q-SYS Level 1, and Dante Level 1 certifications preferred.
