OBJECTIVE

The person will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and adapting the system to the company's operational needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and provide functional support for Oracle NetSuite.
  • Configure and maintain users, roles, permissions, and basic system flows.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes through the use of NetSuite.
  • Gather requirements from users in different areas and translate them into solutions within the ERP.
  • Follow up on incidents and improvement requests.
  • Configure dashboards, saved searches, reports, and indicators.
  • Train and provide support to internal users.
  • Coordinate with external consultants or NetSuite partners for developments and integrations when required.
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices.
  • Participate in automation and digital transformation projects.
  • Support functional testing of new implementations or improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • intermediate English
  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or some enterprise-level ERP
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • NetSuite Administrator or key user.
  • Experience improving business processes.
  • Configuration of reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Management of hardware, cell phones, computers, and security systems (cameras)
  • Experience with some WMS system
  • Experience working with product inventories
  • Having had at least 3 people under their charge
  • Intermediate knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (preferably some course or certification)

WE OFFER:

Salary: $50,000 to $70,000 gross monthly Statutory benefits

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm.
