IMPORTANT CULTURAL CENTER REQUESTS: COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Hotel Management, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, sale or rental of corporate spaces, sponsorships, or B2B (business to business) account management; planning and execution of massive events, pop ups, activations, bazaars, among others. Proficiency in customer relationship management systems for process tracking, task platforms, scheduling, and operation. Automobile indispensable. Basic English. Experience is privileged; proactive person with leadership, with the ability to deal with high-level clients and manage multidisciplinary teams. Focus on meeting space occupancy goals and/or event execution to increase profitability.

MAIN JOB ACTIVITIES:

  • Perform commercial prospecting and generate new clients for the rental and utilization of spaces.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients and strategic allies.
  • Design and implement client attraction and acquisition strategies.
  • Commercialize spaces for events, pop-ups, brand activations, bazaars, exhibitions, and corporate events.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, follow up with prospects, and finalize sales closures.
  • Follow up with clients and generate repurchase opportunities and new projects.

WORKING HOURS
