ChaArt is a well establised boba tea brand in Yerevan and have branches in Baghramyan Avenue and Koryun Street. We are famous for our root in Chinese culture and dedicated in making most authentic Chinese boba tea. We are looking for two cafeteria managers who will be responsbile for team of 6-15 people. You need to be a sophisticated, passionated and professional individual to cover this job role.

Manage team of 6-15 people, provide a fair and friendly working atmosphere

Monitor shop floor and ensure everything is meeting company standard

Motivate the team to provide best service

Ensure the accuracy of cash and stock

Arrange staff shift and manage shift changes, ensure enough people covering workload

Support team with daily operational tasks

At least two years experience in management

Good experience in cafe and restaurant business

Armenian and English speaking are must

Good communicator and fast learner
