Customer Engineer

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related STEM discipline (e.g., Computer Engineering, Information Systems), or equivalent practical experience.

Experience programming or scripting in one or more modern languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C++) with experience in fundamental data structures and algorithms (DSA).

Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL), web technologies (APIs, HTTP), or cloud infrastructure through coursework, internships, personal projects, or professional experience.

Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently, to work with local clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience participating in hackathons, contributing to open-source projects, or building and deploying personal applications/tools.

Experience working with large language model (LLM) APIs, prompt engineering, vector databases, or building basic retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) applications or simple conversational agents.

Experience communicating technical concepts clearly to different audiences.

Experience working in collaborative environments (such as team projects, customer service, or technical residency programs) with an ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs and new technical domains.

Strong debugging skills and familiarity with configuring developer environments (e.g., using Docker or basic Linux command line tools).
