Job Description:
Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs. Human Resources Exemption: No
Education-
Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)

Knowledge and Abilities-
- Ability to work independently

- Required education or equivalent must be completed within a specified timeframe
- Valid driver's license, where required
