Your tasks
- Proactively identify and engage potential investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and investment institutions.
- Develop new investor networks and support the company’s fundraising and capital-raising initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Prepare investor presentations, corporate profiles, and fundraising materials.
- Organise investor meetings, roadshows, and networking activities.
- Monitor share price performance, trading activities, and capital market developments.
- Assist with SGX announcements, corporate reporting, and other corporate finance initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, wealth management, or financial services preferred.
- Strong networking, business development, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Existing investor networks or experience in fundraising would be a strong advantage.
