Corporate & Group Sales: Identify and secure new corporate accounts and group bookings to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, travel agents, and event organizers through regular sales calls, site inspections, and entertaining.
Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to identify new business opportunities.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions for corporate contracts and events in alignment with hotel pricing policies.
Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecast achievements for the Director of Sales.
Education: Minimum Diploma (D3/S1) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven working experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Coordinator, or in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry (hotel background is preferred).
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking abilities and a solid database/connection with corporate accounts or travel agents is a strong plus.
Goal-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in using Hotel Management Systems (Property Management System) and Microsoft Office.
Language: Fluent in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal). Additional language proficiency is a plus.
Appearance: Professional grooming, energetic, and possesses a positive attitude.
