Project Executive

Key Responsibilities Manage installation projects from planning to completion, including site visits, measurements, inspections, and progress monitoring. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications, quality, and safety standards. Resolve site issues and handle customer feedback or installation-related concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the Sales team, customers, and installers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project quality, evaluate subcontractor performance, and recommend process improvements. Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company standards. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Experience in supervising installation works, preferably in soft furnishing projects. Knowledge in measuring curtains and blinds will be a big plus. Comfortable working on-site and travelling to project sites when required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
