Raffles Medispa is looking for a responsible, well-presented and service-oriented Beautician / Front Desk Consultant to join our team with a size of 4000+ sqft size outlet at the heart of CBD Raffles Place.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide professional facial service and consulting
• Manage customer appointments, bookings and daily follow-ups
• Understand customers’ beauty needs and recommend suitable beauty treatments
• Introduce treatment packages, membership plans and promotional offers
• Assist with sales consultation, customer relationship management and after-sales service
• Handle payment collection, customer records and basic administrative duties
• Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming reception environment
• Coordinate with therapists and the management team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support the team in achieving monthly service and sales targets

Job Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, front desk, beauty treatment, wellness, spa, TCM or sales is preferred
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
• Friendly, patient, responsible and service-oriented
• Well-groomed with a positive working attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn about TCM wellness treatments and customer consultation
• Sales-driven and comfortable with achieving performance targets
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required
