Responsibilities

• Prepare and support restaurant opening and closing activities.
• Welcome customers, assist with seating arrangements, and explain the ordering process.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Respond to customer enquiries on menu items, promotions, products, and services.
• Clear tables and remove used dishes to maintain a clean dining environment.
• Assist kitchen operations when required.
• Monitor, check, and record refrigerator temperatures.
• Pack and label retail products accurately.
• Replenish, organise, and maintain product displays and shelving.
• Inspect product expiry dates and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across dining and retail areas.

Requirements

• Candidates with no experience is welcomed to apply.
• Working experience in restaurants or hawker establishments is an added advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
