Your tasks
- Provide professional speech therapy assessment, consultation, and intervention services to patients.
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans based on patients' clinical conditions and therapeutic needs.
- Adhere to established clinical protocols, standards, and procedures.
- Communicate therapy goals, progress, and care plans with patients and caregivers.
- Provide guidance, training, and supervision to therapy assistants to support quality service delivery.
- Assist with staff scheduling and caseload management to ensure effective service coverage.
Requirements
- Recognized Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy.
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Speech Therapist.
- Experience in a community hospital setting is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
