Senior Quantity Surveyor

[Job ID: 1695156] Responsibilities: Prepare and submit tender quotations within stipulated timelines. Perform quantity take-offs and measurements to support accurate cost estimation. Review and incorporate tender amendments into cost calculations. Source and evaluate quotations, rates, and technical information from suppliers and subcontractors. Arrange and conduct tender interviews with suppliers and subcontractors. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to achieve competitive project costs. Prepare subcontract agreements and letters of award. Monitor progress claims, certifications, variation orders, and subcontractor payments. Support the settlement of final accounts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the tendering and project lifecycle. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and measurement software. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
