Senior Electrical Engineer [Power Plant | LTSA]

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and EPC partners to identify new business opportunities and expand after-sales services within the power generation industry.
• Prepare and manage technical tenders and proposals, including technical evaluations, bid documentation, risk assessments, and proposal presentations for power generation projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and headquarters to develop competitive technical solutions that meet customer specifications and project requirements.
• Participate in technical meetings, bid clarifications, contract negotiations, and customer presentations throughout the tendering and project award process.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to support project execution, ensuring timely delivery and successful contract implementation.
• Provide post-project technical support and after-sales services while maintaining strong customer relationships to drive long-term business growth.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in supporting bid and proposal activities for large-scale gas turbine or power generation projects.
• Strong electrical engineering experience in Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) or other power generation projects.
