Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and build strong client relationships through personalized service.
- Recommend suitable jewellery pieces based on customer preferences and requirements.
- Present products effectively and explain key features, materials, craftsmanship, and benefits.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling techniques.
- Process sales transactions accurately and maintain proper sales records.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer enquiries professionally.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and inventory presentation standards.
- Support visual merchandising initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor stock availability and assist with replenishment activities.
- Uphold service excellence and professional standards in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or premium customer-facing sales roles.
- Proven retail sales experience with the ability to achieve sales targets and close sales.
- Strong product knowledge aptitude with the ability to learn and communicate detailed information about jewellery and related materials.
- Proficiency in customer service and relationship management.
- Basic POS system and cash handling proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
- Multilingual communication skills are an added advantage for serving customers from diverse language backgrounds.
- Professional presentation and grooming standards are an added advantage.
