Quantity Surveyor

[Job ID: 1664690] Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, tender documents, and support pre- and post-tender activities. Conduct tender evaluation, negotiation, subcontract procurement, and award recommendations. Carry out site measurements, valuations, and review subcontractor payment applications. Manage project costs, cash flow, variations/change orders, and forecast final accounts. Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of works. Liaise with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial matters. Maintain cost reports, retention, bonds, insurance, and other contract documentation. Support final account preparation and project closeout. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, Architecture, Real Estate, or related discipline. 1–2 years of relevant experience in interior design/building construction. Good understanding of contracts, tender documentation, and cost management. Able to read construction drawings and has basic AutoCAD knowledge.
