Middle Office Manager (Insurance )

JOB ID: 1681691 Responsibilities Support the sales team in developing new business opportunities and driving the achievement of sales objectives Prepare client meeting materials, sales presentations, training decks and other relevant business documents. Manage sales administration, including insurance application forms, client records and meeting activity updates. Work closely with case management, product teams and other stakeholders to facilitate insurance applications and ensure timely follow-ups. Develop expertise in HNW insurance products and servicing processes while contributing to workflow improvements and operational efficiency.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. 3-5 years of relevant experience , preferably within the banking, insurance or broader financial services industry. Experience in sales support, client servicing, insurance administration or financial services operations will be advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
