Job Summary:

Customer-focused IT professional to deliver end-user support, maintain IT operations, and ensure reliable technology services.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Maintain and support Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.
• Manage Identity and Access Management activities within Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Support network connectivity, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN environments.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve hardware-related faults and replacements.
• Perform software installation, upgrades, and system configuration.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets in accordance with agreed service levels.
• Collaborate with regional technical teams to maintain stable IT operations and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise users in a corporate environment.
• Experience providing onsite end-user technical support.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Azure is an added advantage.
• Experience with AWS is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and networking concepts is an added advantage.
