Field Engineer [No Experience Required]

[Order Number: 148098-R] Responsibilities Provide on-site technical support for semiconductor equipment installation, equipment setup, servicing, and troubleshooting. Diagnose equipment issues and perform systematic troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems to minimise equipment downtime. Conduct preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, calibration, and functional testing to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability. Support equipment modification, upgrade, adjustment, and optimisation activities according to customer and equipment requirements. Perform equipment recovery and corrective maintenance, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions. Work closely with senior engineers and technical teams on complex equipment issues, including robot teaching, sub-assembly servicing, and equipment adjustments. Communicate with customers on equipment status, troubleshooting progress, and service activities while maintaining a high standard of customer support. Prepare service documentation and reports, and comply with customer site requirements, safety procedures, and company quality standards. Requirements Candidates with hands-on experience in field service, equipment maintenance, machinery servicing, engineering, or technical troubleshooting are encouraged to apply.
