Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Production Technicians to ensure safe and efficient production operations.
- Support operational improvement initiatives and projects to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot process, equipment, and product quality issues, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Monitor plant equipment performance to ensure operational reliability and integrity.
- Support shift operations by maintaining suitable operating conditions for stable plant performance and product quality.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance operational capabilities and performance.
Requirements
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of process control, plant operations, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
- Able to commit to a shift work schedule.
- Experience in the petroleum, chemical, or polymer industry is an added advantage.
