Case Manager - New Business

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of sales illustrations requested by business partners and sales consultants.
• Maintain consistent engagement with sales consultants to assist in the preparation and management of insurance applications.
• Provide professional and timely updates to team members and sales consultants regarding the status of insurance applications.
• Accurately and promptly input client, meeting, and case file information into the CRM system.
• Submit new business documents accurately and within the required timeframe.
• Support team members with sales illustrations, case management, medical requirements, and presentations.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as MAS regulatory requirements.
• Liaise between the New Business and Finance teams regarding paid reports and other business and financial reports.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience handling life insurance case management / new business
• Prior experience handling HNW clients and complex insurance cases
• Proactive, self-motivated, and self-disciplined, with integrity and a strong commitment to client service.
• Strong relationship development, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under extreme deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
