Business Analyst (Business Process Re-engineering (KYC)

Requirements

• Analyze and improve existing KYC operational processes , identifying opportunities for standardization, optimization and efficiency enhancement.
• Develop and maintain As-Is and To-Be process flows , business requirements, SOPs and other process documentation.
• Partner with business, operations, compliance and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops and drive process transformation initiatives.
• Support AI, automation and digital transformation projects , including reviewing process and control requirements to ensure alignment with operational and risk standards.
• Lead and support UAT activities , including test planning, test case preparation, execution, issue tracking and resolution, through to implementation.
• Develop training materials, conduct end-user training , and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of new processes and solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, PMO, Project Manager, or Business Transformation Consultant.
• Experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
• Strong process mapping, business analysis, and requirements gathering capabilities.
• Proven experience in facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagements, and cross-functional discussions.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and issue management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
