Branch Wealth Sales Manager

Job ID: 1059795 Responsibilities Conduct professional and consultative financial needs analysis to understand clients’ goals and recommend appropriate banking and wealth solutions.

Build and manage long-term client relationships through regular engagement, market updates, and ongoing advisory support.

Actively promote a comprehensive range of banking and wealth management solutions, including  investments, bancassurance, and lending products .

Deliver tailored financial strategies aligned with clients’ risk profiles and financial objectives.

Drive branch sales performance by supporting business development initiatives, client acquisition activities, and referral generation.

Ensure a high standard of customer service while maintaining strong sales discipline.

Comply with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.

Requirements Local Diploma or Degree  in any discipline.

Minimum  1 year of experience  in retail banking, wealth management, or financial services.

Strong interest in  sales, client advisory, and relationship management .

Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a  target-driven environment .

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
