Assistant Maintenance Engineer (12hr Rotating Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily shift maintenance activities for front-end semiconductor equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, and control system issues to minimize equipment downtime.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to maintenance technicians.
• Collaborate with vendors, process engineers, and internal teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Monitor equipment performance metrics, including downtime, MTBF, and MTTR, and prepare shift reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment uptime, reliability, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, EHS standards, and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of front-end process equipment and control systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
