*Job Summary* We are seeking a friendly, experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will work well in a team environment and assist in all operations of the cafe, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming environment. This is a Part Time position (1-3 shifts a week) and priority will be given to candidates who can work Saturdays and Sundays.

*Duties*

• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Prepare and serve food and beverages following established recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including dishwashing
• Assist in restocking inventory and supplies
• Upsell menu items to increase sales

*Qualifications*

• Prior experience as a Barista is required
• Proficiency in cashiering, basic math, and food handling
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
