HEAD OF PROGRAMS | PSYCHOLOGIST*

We are looking for a passionate Head of Programs (minimum 35h) in Hamburg to (further) develop the continuing education and community formats that advance and empower individuals and organizations.

YOUR TASKS – BECOME PART OF OUR MISSION

• Product Experience: You take full responsibility for the content and didactic quality of all our formats. Internally, you actively advocate for and represent the voice of our customers and work closely with Sales and Marketing.
• Further Development & Innovation of Programmatic: You lead all projects for new and further product development by conceptually and content-wise developing existing and new formats. You evaluate feedback based on data, observe market and leadership trends, and maintain close exchange with our community. You revise journeys, texts, videos, didactics, and working materials – supported by the targeted use of modern AI tools.
• Workshop Facilitation & Customer Care: You lead digital as well as physical workshops confidently – both for our community and within the framework of B2B corporate partnerships. For content-related questions during courses, you stand by our participants as a knowledgeable contact person and coach: You support groups personally and participants primarily in writing.
• Speaker & Community Management: You manage our speaker pool, negotiate terms, and continuously expand our expert network.
• Program Management: You think about products from the vision to the customer. You understand the operational processing of our formats in detail, work closely with our program management, and actively support day-to-day business during bottlenecks or peak phases.
• Agile Project Management & Interface Work: You manage product developments in a structured manner from idea to implementation. In doing so, you work closely and proactively with Marketing, Sales, and operational program management to guarantee smooth processes and continuous optimization.

WHAT YOU BRING – YOUR SUPERPOWERS

• MUST HAVE – Sound Qualification: A completed degree in Psychology or Business Psychology and certified training in the field of systemic coaching or consulting are a must.
• Communicative Excellence & Texting: You communicate to the point – orally and in writing. Ideally, you bring copywriting experience. In any case, you are open to further training in this area. Appreciation and equality in communication with all stakeholders are a matter of course for you.
• Didactics & Experience Mindset: You bring sound experience in the conception and didactic preparation of learning formats (ideally in a leadership context). You know exactly how to convey complex leadership topics with methodological excellence while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Leadership Experience & Target Group Understanding: Ideally, you have already led teams yourself and know the challenges, pain points, and daily life of executives from your own practical experience. This allows you to identify 100% with our target group, understand their needs, and meet our participants at eye level.
• Process Thinking & Hands-on Mentality: You combine strategic foresight with a pragmatic "doer" mentality. You bring demonstrable experience in (agile) project and process management, love optimizing processes, and are not too good to roll up your sleeves yourself.
• Project Management & Digital Affinity: You work very structuredly, keep a cool head even with parallel priorities, and know how to use digital collaboration tools and AI tools meaningfully for yourself. You are experienced in and enjoy project management.
• Collaboration & Communication Strength: Networked thinking is your natural habitat. You communicate transparently, appreciatively, and to the point. Very good English skills are required.

• Transparent Salary Framework: Depending on weekly hours (min. 35h to full-time) and concrete previous experience, between €55,000 and €62,000 gross/year (on a full-time basis).
