Supervisor, Production

Job Description

• Supervise production personnel in the delivery of services, including parts cleaning, etching, and other specialized processes
• Develop and manage work schedules to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer expectations
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including training and quality control documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, working closely with engineering, quality, and other teams as needed
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to UCT's safety and quality standards
• Manage and improve processes to achieve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and operations

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a parts cleaning services or high-tech industry
• 3+ year of supervisory experience, preferably in a parts cleaning or production setting
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience with quality control and process improvement methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles
