Logistics Employee (m/f/d)
Location: Remscheid Employment type(s): Part-time Working hours: 20 - 20 hours per week
Tasks, Competencies, and Responsibility
- Processing of orders, delivery calls, and manual calls
- Disposition of all customer items
- Administration of customer portals (calls, inquiries, orders, capacity management, advisories)
- Telephone and written customer support
- Creation of packing and picking lists, delivery notes, as well as shipping documents for national and international shipments
- Preparation of customs declarations using DAKOSY software
Personal Requirements and Social Competencies
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Experience in dealing with customers in the automotive industry is an advantage
- English in spoken and written form
- Sound user knowledge in MS-Office and SAP/R3 is desirable
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and as part of a team
