Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
• The financial accounting of several European companies is within your area of responsibility (general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable accounting).
• You ensure smooth payment transactions as well as reliable liquidity planning.
• You prepare tax balance sheets and tax returns, ensure their timely submission, and coordinate commercial and tax audits.
• You coordinate the accounting department, work closely with internal interfaces, and actively drive the standardization, digitalization, and optimization of processes and systems in the finance area.

What you bring:

• Further training as a Bilanzbuchhalter/Steuerfachwirt, a degree with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or Taxes, or comparable professional experience
• Several years of experience in Accounting
• Confident handling of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Navision) as well as all common Office programs
• Very good English skills
• Structured, independent, and responsible way of working
• Desire for leadership tasks & responsibility
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, and strong communication skills
