Spinning Production Manager

Plan, organize, and supervise all spinning production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Monitor production performance and ensure efficient utilization of machines, manpower, raw materials, and other resources .

Ensure that production plans are executed according to required quantities, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

Monitor yarn quality throughout the spinning process and ensure compliance with required specifications.

Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production flow.

Analyze production data, identify deviations and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.

Monitor machine efficiency, downtime, waste, productivity, and other key production KPIs.

Ensure proper machine settings and operating conditions to achieve optimum production and quality.

Work closely with the Maintenance team to reduce machine breakdowns and improve equipment availability.

Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, waste reduction, and production costs .

Implement continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing practices within the spinning department.

Ensure compliance with company policies, production procedures, quality requirements, and health & safety standards .

Manage, develop, and motivate production supervisors and operators.

Monitor manpower requirements, attendance, productivity, and performance within the department.

Conduct regular production meetings and follow up on action plans.

Prepare and review production reports and provide management with regular updates on performance and challenges.

Investigate production issues and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

Support the implementation of new products, processes, and production technologies.

Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace organization in accordance with 5S standards .

Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, or a related field .

8–12 years of relevant experience in spinning production, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial/supervisory position .

Strong experience in spinning operations and yarn manufacturing .

Good knowledge of spinning processes, machinery, production parameters, and yarn quality.

Experience in production planning, manpower management, and production KPI monitoring.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Good command of MS Office and production reporting systems .

Experience in textile manufacturing is essential.
