Golden Harmony Home Health Pay: $45–$50 per visit Location: Metro Denver and Surrounding Areas

About the Role

Golden Harmony Home Health is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. RNs are responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care in the home setting, including health and psychosocial evaluations, care coordination, teaching and training, and direct skilled nursing care.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide nursing care in accordance with the consumer’s plan of care

Conduct comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations and ongoing assessments

Perform admissions, transfers, re-certifications, resumptions of care, and discharges

Coordinate total consumer care, including preventive practices and care plan updates

Consult with physicians and supervisors to adjust treatment as needed

Teach, supervise, and counsel consumers, caregivers, and family members

Provide skilled nursing services and preventative/rehabilitative procedures as ordered

Supervise and evaluate care provided by CNAs and LPNs

Complete accurate, timely clinical and progress notes per agency policy

Participate in case conferences, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary team coordination

Maintain current knowledge of drug therapy, treatments, and home health best practices

Attend staff development meetings, trainings, and continuing education activities

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Current Colorado RN license (in good standing)

Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital or community/home care setting

Knowledge of home health care principles, professional nursing techniques, and documentation standards

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to communicate effectively and constructively with staff, patients, and families

Must pass a criminal background check

Current CPR certification

Wound care experience 

Job Conditions

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (homes may not be wheelchair accessible)

Physical ability to walk, sit, stoop, stand, and lift/turn consumers as needed

Sufficient hearing, vision, and dexterity to assess condition and provide care

Frequent communication by phone and in writing required

Equipment Operation

Thermometer, blood pressure cuff, glucometer, penlight

Hand washing and infection control supplies

Compensation & Benefits
