Multiskilled Breakfast Employee (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are recruiting our next collaborator for the breakfast service to contribute globally to the satisfaction of our clientele (and therefore to their loyalty) through the quality of their work and the exemplary nature of their behavior. Main missions:

• Set up the breakfast buffet with the cold and hot preparations that you will have prepared
• Provide a warm and personalized welcome to the client
• Ensure the clearing and cleaning of tables and dishes throughout the service
• Constantly replenish the buffet
• After service, ensure the cleaning and tidying of the dining room, the buffet, and the service areas, and the restocking of products, in compliance with the standards set by Management
• Daily cleaning of the establishment's common areas (breakfast area, bar area, hall...)
• Respect instructions for the use of cleaning products
• Maintain a correct dress code
• Respect hygiene and safety instructions as well as the internal regulations

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Experience in service / catering Excellent presentation Sense of customer relations, welcoming, and courtesy Knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules

English necessary due to international clientele

Working conditions: CDI part-time 30h/week Shift hours from 5:30 am to 12:00 pm or from 7:00 am to 1:30 pm (work on weekends) Position to be filled as soon as possible Please note that public transport does not serve the hotel at the indicated start times
