Site Manager

Job Responsibilities: Oversee all activities at the site Handle project operations & site matters of respective customers Manage company's assets : tools, equipment, etc Ensure projects run smoothly as per schedule and timely billing on job completed Oversee quality control and safety matters on sites Resolve any unexpected situation, technical, manpower and material issues Recommend improvement on existing project management procedures and processes. Ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by top management Job Requirements: Minimum 10 years working experience in related field and 5 years working experience in a Managerial Position Strong persuasion and negotiation skill with a variety of people at all levels Possess good construction experience & background Good knowledge of Project Management Strong project management skill. Ability to manage multiple projects, plan against timeline and meet deadline, and forecast, budget and monitor project costs.
