Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising, or any related business course At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development in Lead or supervisory role Strong knowledge of marketing principles, sales processes, and customer relationship management Able to lead a team and support sales and marketing programs Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant business tools Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines Willing to travel and work in the field as required
