COMPUTER PROGRAMMER

Job Summary Are you an experienced developer with strong leadership skills and a passion for building high-quality applications? We're looking for a driven Full Stack Developer - Team Lead to join our team! This role will lead the design, development, and maintenance of our cross-platform mobile and full-stack web applications, while mentoring a team of developers and driving best practices across our technology stack.

Qualifications/Requirements: Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in full-stack and mobile application development, including 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role Strong proficiency in Flutter, Dart, Laravel (PHP), and at least one modern frontend framework (Vue.js/Nuxt.js, React/Next.js, or similar), with solid understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and component-based development Strong experience in database design, query optimization, and performance tuning, along with hands-on experience in AWS cloud services, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development workflows Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and mentor team members in a fast-paced environment
