BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Summary Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on turning data into decisions? We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in a lead capacity! This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, modeling processes, and delivering data-driven insights, while guiding a team of analysts to support system improvements and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications/Requirements: Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2 years in a Lead, Team Lead, Senior Business Analyst, or Supervisory role Experience working with ERP systems for mid-sized companies (e.g., NOAH ERP or equivalent platforms), with a proven track record in ERP implementation, business process automation, and digital transformation projects Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in business process modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and the ability to interpret and communicate data insights effectively
