For the 2027 season, GOLDEN Hotels & Resorts is implementing a new cycle of significant investments in the Chania region, creating new high-standard hotel experiences and new opportunities for people who wish to evolve with us. In this context, we are looking for Restaurant and Bar professionals who wish to become part of our teams and actively contribute to the creation of a modern dining experience, where quality, hospitality, and impeccable service are a daily priority. Available Positions: Restaurants Maitre Sous Maître Captain Waiter/Waitress A Waiter/Waitress B Hostess Runner Bar Bartender Assistant Bartender Waiter/Waitress A Waiter/Waitress B Required Qualifications: We are looking for professionals who possess: Relevant professional experience in 4* or 5* hotel units, high-standard restaurants or bars, depending on the position. Knowledge of professional service procedures and standards. Customer-centric mindset and a genuine interest in providing high-level services. Professional appearance, politeness, and excellent communication skills. Team spirit and effective cooperation with other team members and other hotel departments. Professionalism, responsibility, consistency, and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and demanding environment. Knowledge and application of HACCP standards and food hygiene and safety rules. Very good knowledge of the English language, depending on the position. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered a significant asset. Knowledge of wine, cocktails, spirits, or coffee will be considered an additional asset for the corresponding positions. Positive attitude and a willingness for continuous learning and professional development.
