Track daily employee attendance: who came, who's absent, who's late, and who is actually working. Follow up firmly and report to management.

Handle hiring paperwork for new employees, including employment contracts and onboarding documents, and make sure everything is signed and filed.

Handle offboarding paperwork, including clearance forms and end-of-service documents.

Draft professional documents, official letters, and formal correspondence.

Communicate with clients by phone, email, and messages in a polite, professional way, and respond promptly to their inquiries.

Prepare price quotations and offers and send them to clients.

Follow up on the sales team's daily route plans and client visits.

Follow up on client payments and collections until they're paid.

Receive checks and payments and verify them carefully: amount, date, name, and signature.

Hold company custody (petty cash, documents, assets) with full accountability.

Handle paperwork and procedures at government offices (social insurance, tax authority, labor office) when needed.

minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or office role.

Strong personality, able to follow up with employees and hold them accountable.

Excellent writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, well-structured official documents and letters.

Confident and professional with clients, with no hesitation dealing with them by phone or in person.

Good understanding of basic accounting, cash handling, and checks.

Trustworthy and reliable enough to be responsible for company cash and assets.

Familiar with HR documents and Egyptian government procedures.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

Strong Arabic. Good English is a plus.

Willing to go out for government offices and errands.

Leadership skills are a plus.
