BARTENDER

Mix ingredients accurately to craft classic and custom cocktails, pour beers, and serve wine. Greet guests, take orders, offer menu recommendations, and maintain a welcoming environment. Check customer identification to verify legal age and monitor consumption to prevent intoxication. Restock ice, glassware, garnishes, and liquor supplies while tracking low inventory. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system. Wipe down counters, wash glassware, and keep the workspace sanitary.

Qualifications/Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 1 to 3 years of prior experience in food and beverage service. Strong multitasking abilities, basic math skills, and extensive knowledge of mixology. Ability to stand and walk for long shifts and lift up to 25 pounds. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Local alcohol server training or food safety credentials.
