Daily routine check/repair of M&E equipment At least 5 years of relevant experience in M&E maintenance, Air-Conditioner maintenance, Electrical & Plumbing works Ability to identify potential issues and troubleshoot Mitsubishi VRV/VRF Air-Conditioner is a must Respond to emergency calls on critical services beyond office hours, i.e. on standby duties Attend to Tenant’s request and complaints when assign by Building Supervisor Site supervision of work carried out by contractors To take up in any ad-hoc tasks when assigned
