No previous experience at the airport or in aviation is required, as the training team will prepare you for your new role through both classroom theoretical training and practical training once you assume your duties.

Your responsibilities:
- ✈️Preparation of necessary documents for the flight you are responsible for
- ✈️Communication with all departments related to the flight – transfer and confirmation of information
- ✈️Checking the functionality of all necessary supplies for the service of your flight
- ✈️Ensuring a smooth disembarkation / embarkation process of passengers from bridges and aircraft service stairs
- ✈️Monitoring the baggage unloading / loading process in the aircraft holds
- ✈️Supervising the processes of all departments acting on the flight, based on the standards of the respective airline and the timeframe
- ✈️Communication with the cabin crew and the flight captain and delivering all required documents to them
What we are looking for:
- ✈️High School Diploma
- ✈️English degree level B2 (First Certificate in English or equivalent)
- ✈️Category B driving license
- ✈️Desirable previous experience in a similar position or in the customer service sector
- ✈️Familiarity with computers
