Your responsibilities: ✈️Preparation of necessary documents for the flight you are responsible for ✈️Communication with all departments related to the flight – transfer and confirmation of information ✈️Checking the functionality of all necessary supplies for the service of your flight ✈️Ensuring a smooth disembarkation / embarkation process of passengers from bridges and aircraft service stairs ✈️Monitoring the baggage unloading / loading process in the aircraft holds ✈️Supervision of the processes of all departments acting on the flight, based on the standards of the respective airline and the timeframe ✈️Communication with the cabin crew and the pilot of the flight and delivery of all required documents to them

What we are looking for: ✈️High School Diploma ✈️English degree level B2 (First Certificate in English or equivalent) ✈️Valid Category B driving license for at least 12 months ✈️Desirable previous experience in a similar position or in the customer service sector ✈️Familiarity with computers
