Your responsibilities: ✈️ Preparation of necessary documents for the flight under your responsibility ✈️ Communication with all departments related to the flight – transfer and confirmation of information ✈️ Checking the functionality of all necessary supplies for the service of your flight ✈️ Ensuring a smooth disembarkation / embarkation process of passengers from bridges and aircraft service stairs ✈️ Monitoring the baggage unloading / loading process in the aircraft holds ✈️ Supervision of the processes of all departments acting on the flight, based on the standards of the respective airline and the timeframe ✈️ Communication with the cabin crew and the pilot of the flight and delivery of all required documents to them

What we are looking for: ✈️ High School Diploma ✈️ English degree level B2 (First Certificate in English or equivalent) ✈️ Category B driving license valid for at least 12 months ✈️ Desirable previous experience in a similar position or in the customer service sector ✈️ Familiarity with computers
